Adjusted Results of Operations:

Adjusted total revenues and sales were $1.45B contrast to $1.52B in the same period a year ago. Adjusted total service revenues were $1.44B contrast to $1.49B year-over-year.

Adjusted OIBDAR was $500.0M contrast to $499.0M in the same period a year ago.

Adjusted capital expenditures were $208.0M contrast to $231.0M in the same period a year ago.

ILEC consumer and small business service revenues were $471.0M, a 5 percent decrease from the same period a year ago, and contribution margin was $282.0M contrast to $289.0M a year ago.
