• You feel fatigue and muscle ache during Keto dieting. Cramp is minor but pretty much common side effects. Drink more fluid to replenish your magnesium.
• Keto diet increases heart palpitation and you may feel your heart beating faster than usual. If its persistent and uncomfortable you can take potassium supplements once a day
• Hair loss is uncommon in Keto. But if you experience this side effect you can take multivitamins.
