Exynos 9820, the first 7nm tech-based processor will be launch by Samsung on this November. Samsung is exciting to expose the latest and the most significant Exynos chipset within this week. The new Exynos 9820 is scheduled to power the upcoming Samsung foldable smartphone and the Galaxy S10.

In Samsung’s Official Twitter account, the company has been whispering about the chipset. The tweet captioned it along with the launch date. Vice President of System LSI Marketing at Samsung Electronics, Ben Hur added,

The AI capabilities in the Exynos 9 Series 9820 will provide a new dimension of performance in smart devices through an integrated NPU, high-performance fourth-generation custom CPU core, 2.0Gbps LTE modem, and improved multimedia performance.

The new processor has predicted to be the first Samsung processor alongside with Neural Processing Unit (NPU). For the further features of the processor are:

  • 4K UHD videos at 150 frames per second (fps)
  • Multi-Format Codec (MFC)
  • fourth-generation custom CPU and 2.0-gigabits-per-second (Gbps)
  • LTE Advanced Pro modem
  • 35 percent power savings
