A Night Full of Horror Bed Time Story for Kids
It was a dark and stormy night. The wind was howling and the rain was pouring down. The trees were swaying back and forth, and the branches were creaking. It sounded like the forest was alive.
I was walking home from work, and I had to take a shortcut through the forest. I knew it wasn’t the best idea, but I was in a hurry. I didn’t want to be out in the forest after dark, but I didn’t have a choice.
I tried to keep my mind focused on getting home, but it was hard. The darkness and the sounds of the forest were unnerving. I kept thinking I saw something moving in the shadows, but whenever I looked, there was nothing there.
I was starting to get scared, and I quickened my pace. I wanted to get out of the forest as quickly as possible.
Suddenly, I heard a branch snap behind me. I spun around, but there was nothing there. I started to run, but I was too scared to look back. I didn’t know what was following me, but I didn’t want to find out.
I burst through the trees and into the clearing. I was safe. I leaned against a tree, trying to catch my breath.
I heard the branches snap again, and I turned around. This time, there was something there. I saw a pair of red eyes glaring at me from the darkness.
I screamed and ran for my life. I didn’t know what was chasing me, but I knew it wasn’t human. I could hear its angry breaths as it ran after me.
I was about to give up. I was exhausted, and I knew I couldn’t outrun it.
Suddenly, I heard a gunshot. The creature let out a loud screech and fell to the ground.
I turned around and saw my brother holding a rifle. He had saved me.
I was shaking, and I could barely speak. I managed to stammer out a thank you before collapsing into his arms.
I was safe now, but I would never forget that night. It was a night full of horror that I would never forget.
