To configure call forwarding on an Android device, follow the procedures outlined below.

1. Open the Phone programme on your computer.

2. In the upper-right corner, click on the Menu symbol to open the menu.

3. Choose the Settings option from the drop-down menu.

NOTE: Older versions of Android may refer to Settings as Call Settings rather than Settings.

4. Calls can be found in the drop-down menu.

5. Select Call Forwarding from the drop-down menu.

6. Choose one of the following choices from the drop-down menu:

• Every call is forwarded: All calls are forwarded at all times.
• When you are on another call, calls are redirected to you when you are on the phone with someone else.
• When you don’t answer the phone, the call is sent to the next person on the line.
• When your phone is turned off, in aeroplane mode, or not receiving a signal, calls are diverted to a call forwarding  service.

7. To have your calls forwarded to another phone number, enter the number here: (phone number).

8. Select Enable or OK from the drop-down menu.

To configure call forwarding on an iOS device, follow the procedures outlined below.

1. Launch the Settings application.

2. Select Phone > Call Forwarding from the drop-down menu.

NOTE: It’s possible that your cell carrier does not allow call forwarding on your account if you do not see this option. In  order to add the service, you must contact your carrier.

3. Call forwarding should be enabled.
