Where to Find the Beast in Ice

The Beast in Ice makes his home in the Fractured Peaks’ desolate highlands, within a lair known as the Glacial Fissure. The Glacial Fissure, like the other areas featuring Season 2 end-game bosses, is denoted by a horned skull on a dungeon entrance. There will also be an orange dot if the boss in the fissure has not been defeated.

The Beast itself won’t be as quick to find in the lair as other end-game bosses. After clearing out the dungeon’s initial area, you’ll come across a gate that can only be opened with a unique symbol. The gate is not a problem if you are prepared with the proper supplies.

How to Summon Beast in the Ice

The Beast in the Ice’s primary characteristic—and namesake—is ice. Before entering fight, it’s wise for players to train their Ice resistance. In Diablo 4 Season 2, World Tier 4 is required to summon the boss.

Diablo 4: Where to Find the Beast in Ice

  • To begin, you must reach Tier 30 of Nightmare Dungeons and obtain some Distilled Fear.
  • After amassing a sufficient stockpile, players should make their way to the Occultist vendor so that they can commission the creation of Legendary Affixes and Nightmare Signs. For the Beast in the Ice, players must create a Glacial Fissure Nightmare Sigil.
  • The Sigil must be used to enter the boss’s dungeon.

In order to battle the Beast in the Ice, players must employ the Glacial Fissure Nightmare Sigil every time.
