Sony’s PlayStation Plus is a monthly membership programme that provides customers with free games to download every month, savings at the PlayStation Store, access to online multiplayer gaming and cloud storage, among other benefits.

By default, your PlayStation Plus membership will automatically renew, but you may cancel it at any time, just as you would with any other subscription service. How to Cancel PlayStation Plus

What happens when you cancel your PlayStation Plus subscription

When you cancel your PlayStation Plus membership, you will continue to have access to all of the PlayStation Plus subscription advantages until the end of your paid subscription period is reached. Once that date has passed, you will no longer be able to take advantage of any of the perks, including monthly games, online storage, and online multiplayer features.

Following the expiration of your PlayStation Plus subscription, you will no longer be able to access any free material that you downloaded as part of your PlayStation Plus subscription.
