Microsoft Outlook for Mac: A Completely New Design

The Microsoft software group has released its Outlook app for Mac in the completely revised version 16.58. Now it offers all users the design, which has been fine-tuned in beta tests for over a year. The email application can be installed by anyone who has an existing Microsoft 365 account, i.e., has a current Microsoft Office subscription or shares it with the family. According to Microsoft, the new Outlook application is significantly faster than its predecessor and has an improved search function. Moreover, it has been completely redesigned visually. The Mac iOS supports the dark mode, and Outlook has received the so-called “focused mode” for the inbox, which can be used on all macOS versions starting from macOS 10.14. For example, contact lists, local folders, the import and export of PST files, the setting of reminders, and the use of notes will only be available for a certain time.
