ASRock Releases Socket AM5 Motherboards A620M-HDV/M.2+ and A620M Pro RS
ASRock has presented the A620M-HDV/M.2+ and the A620M Pro RS as its newest offerings in the lineup of Socket AM5 mother boards. Both of the motherboards have a MicroATX form size and are equipped with an AMD A620 chipset. A high level of energy efficiency and robust signal traces are provided by the design of the six-layer PCB. At a price that is less than $180 USD (excluding VAT), the A620M-HDV/M.2+ motherboard is available at an acceptable price point. It has a 6+1+1 phase power supply circuit using 50A Dr.MOS, which enables it to support CPUs with up to 120W of thermal design power.
In addition to that, it has storage spaces of SATA 3.0 x 4, memory slots of DDR5-6400 x 2 (with a maximum capacity of 64 GB), and an extension slot of PCI Express 4.0 (x16) x 1. Additionally, a Realtek ALC897 audio chip and a Realtek 8111H Gigabit LAN network are incorporated onto the board. The dimensions of the motherboard are 244 x 226 mm. On the other hand, the A620M Pro RS may be purchased for approximately $220 US Dollars (VAT not included in price). It has a 6+2+1 phase power supply circuit by 50A Dr.MOS, which enables it to support CPUs with a maximum TDP120W rating.
The motherboard comes equipped with memory slots for DDR5-6400 (up to 128 GB), storage slots for SATA 3.0 (up to 4 slots), and an expansion slot for PCI Express 4.0 (up to 16 slots). In addition to that, it features Realtek ALC897 audio chip and Gigabit LAN by Realtek 8111H network expansion slots, Hyper M.2 x 3 expansion slots, and M.2 2230 x 1 expansion slots. The dimensions of the motherboard are 244 mm x 244 mm. A strengthened steel slot with additional anchor points and a metal shield are also included on each of the motherboards. This slot is used for graphics cards and uses the PCI Express 4.0 (x16) standard. In addition to that, they support Nahimic audio and have functionality such as an equalization and a sound tracker.
