He will issue a challenge to a race to the player while speaking with them here. With multiple grind rails, billboards, and a massive bottomless pit to leap over, this race is undoubtedly one of the hardest in the game.

However, Coil will be very impressed if the player tags the graffiti place at the end and requests to become a member of the Bomb Rush Crew. Then, at any Cypher Pad, the player can choose to make him a playable character. The player can alter their default playstyle, which is the bicycle, at any moment by going to their hideout.
