How to Unlock All Houses in Forza Horizon 5
Players will not be able to acquire any of the properties in Forza Horizon 5 until they have completed a particular adventure, with the exception of Casa Bella, which may be unlocked immediately. If you put most of your effort on unlocking the first expedition of each new Adventure Chapter, then all of the residences will become available for purchase as soon as possible. However, the specific expedition will be noted in places where it is known.
Casa Bella (Costs Nothing and Unlocks the Skill Songs Perk)
After the player has unlocked their first Adventure Chapter through the completion of Accolades, they will receive Casa Bella as a gift at no cost. In order to acquire it, once it appears on the map, you will need to travel to the purple home sign in Mulege.
Owning it grants you access to the Skill Songs perk, which increases the total number of points gained by completing a Skill Chain by a factor of two. Players that take use of this feature have a better chance of accumulating huge Skill Chains, which in turn improve their chances of successfully completing challenging Accolades and weekly Festival Playlist Challenges. In Forza Horizon 5, fast accumulating a large Skill Chain is best accomplished by first unlocking Drift Zones, then driving a competent drift car while attempting those Drift Zones with a Skill Song playing on the radio.
Buenas Vistas (Costs 2 Million Credits and Unlocks 2 Super Wheelspins and the Fast Travel Perk)
In Forza Horizon 5, the Guanajuato Expedition needs to be gained from the Street Scene Adventure Chapter and then completed in order to access the Horizon Street Scene Outpost. Doing so will also allow the player to unlock the Buenas Vistas mansion and fast travel capabilities in the game. After this, the symbol of the purple home will show up on the west coast, specifically in the vicinity of the Baja California region.
It grants the player two instant Super Wheelspins and, once the player has secured the house, it unlocks the ability to perform rapid travel. This requires an initial investment of Credits; however, the cost is reduced for each Fast Travel Bonus Board that is destroyed in Forza Horizon 5.
Lugar Tranquilo (Costs 700,000 Credits and Unlocks a Super Wheelspin, a Forza Link Phrase, and Horizon Promo)
The Tulum Expedition needs to be earned from the Apex Road Racing Adventure Chapter in order to unlock the Horizon Road Racing Outpost and the Lugar Tranquilo residence in Forza Horizon 5. Once the Tulum Expedition has been completed, the Horizon Road Racing Outpost will also be unlocked. It is situated close to the Riviera Maya beach that is located in the upper-left corner of the map.
After obtaining it, players will receive a Super Wheelspin in Forza Horizon 5, the “Take a Picture!” Forza Link Phrase, and the ability to participate in and complete Horizon Promo Accolades by attempting to take a picture of every car in the game. These rewards can be obtained by obtaining the “Take a Picture!” Forza Link Phrase.
La Casa Solariega (Costs 1.5 Million Credits and Unlocks 5 Super Wheelspins, the Green Crown Cosmetic, and the Forzathon Points Boost Perk)
La Casa Solariega is a steal for what players get. Instantly unlock 5 Super Wheelspins, get a Crown for your avatar, and quadruple your Forzathon Points. These can be used to buy Wheelspins, Super Wheelspins, Cars, Cosmetics, Emotes, and Car Horns. Forzathon Points are gained by completing weekly and daily Forzathon Challenges and Forza Horizon 5’s Arcade Mode. Unlock La Casa Solariega early to maximise double FP.
La Casa Solariega is located in Teotihuacan, to the right of Muelege and Casa Bella, after completing the requisite Adventure Chapter trip.
Buena Esperanza (Costs 700,000 Credits and unlocks a Super Wheelspin, the Chicken Suit Cosmetic, and the #185 Porsche 959)
The purchase of Buena Esperanza does not award players with a perk, but it does get them access to a Super Wheelspin, the legendary Chicken Suit for their player avatars, and the #185 Porsche 959, which is an excellent rally car that can be driven on off-road courses.
It may be found in the southeast corner of the map, in close proximity to the Gran Pantano region and the Riviera Maya shore to the east. After the Tulum Expedition from the Apex Adventure Chapter has been finished, it will show up on the map.
