The Samsung Galaxy A24 has been given its official name
The long-standing rumors regarding the Galaxy A24 were finally put to rest when the company Samsung Vietnam posted the gadget on its website. The listing included not only images of the device but also all of the rumors regarding the device’s features. The only items that are still unclear are the device’s pricing and availability, but we have good cause to believe that this information will be disclosed in the very near future. The display of the Galaxy A24 is 6.5 inches and is of the Super AMOLED variety. It also boasts a resolution of FHD+. Additionally, it includes a camera cutout in the form of a waterdrop for its 13-megapixel front-facing camera.
Although there has been no official confirmation of this information, previous rumors point to a screen that has a refresh rate of 90 Hz. However, this information has not been made public. The most current smartphone to be released as part of Samsung’s Galaxy A-series portfolio is equipped with a MediaTek Helio G99 CPU, 6/8GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage space that can be expanded via a microSD card. On the back of the device is a main camera with a resolution of 50 megapixels and optical image stabilization, an ultrawide module with 5 megapixels, and a macro camera with 2 megapixels.
In terms of the operating system, it would appear like Android version 13 is in charge, with OneUI version 5.1 acting as a skin on top of it. The phone’s internal battery has a capacity of 5,000 mAh, and it can be charged using 25W of power from the charger. Black, burgundy, green, and silver are the colors that will be available for purchase for the Samsung Galaxy A24. Other color options include black. The price will reportedly be less than €200 in Europe, according to leaks; however, this has not yet been formally confirmed by the company.
