From what I’ve seen, Prometheus Sparks are extremely uncommon. They tend to be tucked away, buried, and out of the way in Talos Principle 2’s huge expanses, making it easy to miss them as you travel from puzzle room to puzzle room. Only one was present in the initial zone, and it required some elementary parkour to access.
