1. To see all of the apps that are installed on your Apple Watch, press the Digital Crown.
2. Launch the app titled “Settings” on your Apple Watch. It’s a dark grey icon that looks like a gear.
3. Either with your finger or the Digital Crown, scroll down until you reach the General option.
