Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora – How to Get Ikran
Enjoying the game while riding an Ikran is one of the main pleasures of Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. This means that when Pandora’s enormous globe can finally be explored from the air, fans of Avatar will be in for a treat. But in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, Na’vi had to finish many quests, such as the one where they must tame the creature before bonding with it, before they may obtain an Ikran. This post will walk you through how to obtain ikran in Pandora’s avatar frontiers:

How to Increase Ikran Energy
You will see that your Ikran has an energy meter similar to the Na’vi on the back, which will run out after extended acceleration. To restock this, there are two primary methods. The first way to keep your Ikran’s energy up in midair is to fly into murmurations or swarms of birds.
Ikran can also be fed in order to restore its energy. You may even accomplish this in mid-air; just go to the food menu as usual and choose what you want to feed Ikran. Because Ikrans are such cunning creatures, you can also teach them to fly close to bodies of water and catch fish by using the corresponding skill point from the Memories of Rider skill tree.
Similar to Na’vi energy, Ikran energy is gradually depleted to restore your health while riding. Remember this the next time you engage in air combat. Additionally, Ikran will have favored foods, which will increase their stamina even more. We had great success giving them lean meat, such as meat from viperwolves.
How to Get Ikran
In Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, players must complete the Take Flight mission before they may obtain an Ikran. This will allow the Na’vi to form a link with an Ikran. Just meet Nefika at the Ikran Rookery entrance and complete the mission as indicated on the map. While the way is clear, it is paved with many barriers and breathtaking scenery, which will undoubtedly cause the bonding process with Ikrans to be delayed.
Following a brief cutscene, players can begin ascending the mountain in search of an Ikran with whom to form a link. But first, a Gateway Lily will block the path. Just touch or fire the two lesser leaves on either side of the large Gateway Lily to unlock the gate.
Gamers can determine which smaller Lily they need to interact with by using their Na’vi Senses. Continue on this route until the main character comes across Eetu. To reach the opposite side and fire down the Lift Vine, jump down the tree. Fortunately, this mountain has no RDA facilities, so lift vines are a reasonable hurdle.
Step back from the Ikran that is hanging in front of you, press the button to calm it down, and then approach it cautiously. Sadly, since it’s difficult to form a link with an Ikran, gamers won’t obtain one at the first meeting. Once you continue on the trail for some time, another Gateway Lily will emerge and obstruct the path. Three of its leaves must be destroyed by players; two are located directly beneath the lily, and the final leaf is located southeast of the other two.
Even their second encounter will be disappointing because the Ikran will choose to taunt the main character. Players will eventually be able to tame and form a link with an Ikran after some time spent ascending, at which point they can enjoy Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora while taking to the skies.
How to Customize Your Ikran
After finishing the ‘Take Flight’ mission, you will have to climb the mountains to find your own Ikran. Even though the game will choose the Ikran you follow for you, you may still customize it by choosing its colors, patterns, and name from a list of pre-selected options.
In addition, new “patterns” that function as skins and alter your Ikran’s color and appearance can be obtained as quest prizes if you’re struggling to decide on a color for your character. You can also affix various saddles and other accessories to your aerial partner. Just select your Ikran portrait icon from the main ‘Character’ menu to accomplish this.
FAQs
Can you play as humans in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora?
Thankfully, you don’t take on the role of Sam Worthington’s Jake Sully in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, or any other human with a Na’vi avatar. Rather, you assume the role of an authentic Na’vi, which does give the liberation movement a sense of legitimacy and uniqueness. Sadly, that’s also where a lot of similarity finds its way in.
Is Pandora from Avatar a real planet?
In actuality, Pandora is a moon rather than a planet. Just one of the gas giant planet Polyphemus’s fourteen moons, Pandora is smaller than the other moons and experiences less gravity as a result. The Na’vi people live on Pandora.
Where can I play Avatar the game?
The first-person action-adventure game Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora takes place on the expansive Western Frontier of Pandora. Now accessible on PC, Amazon Luna, Xbox Series X|S, and PS5.
