How To Deactivate Twitter Account
There’s no denying Twitter’s value. Memes, foreign news, and hot opinions on pop culture can all be found in one spot. Twitter users must deal with a daily barrage of toxic characters, including QAnon, white supremacists, bots, and deepfakes (albeit you can’t find Donald Trump there anymore), if they want to stay relevant. Adding insult to injury, there’s no disputing how much stress and worry Twitter’s fast-paced news cycle and continual debates with the reply men can cause.
You don’t have to use Twitter, but I’m going to say it anyway. Although it may seem like everyone else is doing it, you have the power to make a difference. The simplest solution is to log out of your account. Don’t worry, it’s not a long-term commitment. Up to 30 days following this, you may obtain your account back if you feel empty and directionless. Just return to this post and follow the instructions again if things get out of hand. Outside of your timeframe, there’s a whole other universe to discover.
