Fortunately, Crafting Metals aren’t exactly difficult to come by, but after you reach that level, the amount of Crafting Metals you find will drop significantly. How to Use Crafting Metals in Apex Legends

It may appear to be a complicated process to acquire additional Metals, but spending the money you’ve worked so hard to earn is actually quite straightforward. You are able to make direct purchases of cosmetic items from their respective preview pages. When you are crafting Legend-exclusive cosmetics, the following steps are required of you:

Where do I spend crafting materials in Apex?

Purchasing unlocks for cosmetics requires the use of Crafting Metal. You can check out all of the cosmetics that are available for your characters by navigating to the Legends tab of the lobby screen. The Armory tab contains all of the information that is relevant to weapons. There are approximately 1,880 different types of cosmetics available, so there is a lot to look through.

How to craft Apex skins?

You can easily craft the item you want by going to the Legend screen and navigating to the Skins menu from there (for example). Simply select the one you want to make, then use your Crafting Metals to make it. We decided to go with a Legendary skin for this one, which requires a total of 1200 Crafting Metals to purchase.

Which apex characters are free?

Crypto and Ash are the two Legends characters that players will be able to obtain for free, but they won’t be accessible to players at the same time.
