How to Solve the Switcheroo Puzzle
In The Talos Principle 2, the Southern Coast area is accessible after completing the main campaign. Within this particular region, you will experience a succession of puzzles, including Phase Entry, the Escape, Through the Wall, Pushing Through, Dyad, Translocator, Remote Interchange, and, lastly, Switcheroo.
Switcheroo features its own unique collection of tools, such as the connector, a teleportation device, a cubic gadget, and red switches, similar to those featured in the other puzzles. Your primary purpose is to reach the central device, which is located on one of the higher platforms in the puzzle zone.
Select the connection and place it in the free cubic space on the right to begin the puzzle. Walk further, then turn left, and you’ll reach yet another cube-shaped machine. Place it in the exact center of the region indicated by the three cubic arrows.
You’ll discover a fan close to the slot, and the teleporter will be right in front of you. You can use the fan as a springboard to go to the teleporter’s location. After reaching your destination, take up the teleporter and drop it into the available cube.
Proceed forward and get the cube-shaped gadget you just deposited in the free cube slot. Get it and put it in the empty spot where the teleporter was. Then, grab the teleporter and move it forward till it’s close to the blower. Teleport back to the site of the teleporter so you can retrieve the cube-shaped item.
After that, go back to the cube-shaped machine and the fan and retrieve the connector. Put the cube thing inside the fan, and then set the teleporter up above it. Connect the cable to the empty cube socket next to the fan. The cube-shaped machine will be launched upwards toward a perched surface. Move the teleporter to the raised platform by teleporting there and picking it up.
