Since Metroidvania games typically feature a lot of platforming navigation and backtracking, double leaping is a genre staple. These features provide for a wide variety of pathfinding options across Cvstodia’s stages; yet, I found that I couldn’t progress very far without the ability to double jump. The platforming in Blasphemous 2 is fantastic, so I was eager to get my hands on the double jump skill. How to gain the double leap in Blasphemy 2 is explained here.

Where to Find the Double Jump Ability

Blasphemous 2’s “Passage of Ash” double jump unlocks in the game’s “Beneath Her Sacred Grounds” sector. The red circle on the following map indicates the precise location of this skill.

You must travel to the Mother of Mothers area before you may access Beneath Her Sacred Grounds. Start at the top and work your way down. To get to Beneath Her Sacred Grounds from the Mother of Mothers area, you’ll need all three major weapons.

You’ll have to travel to the Crown of Towers, the Palace of Embroideries, and the Sacred Entombments to acquire the necessary ingredients: Veredicto, Sarmiento, and Centella, respectively.
