Which is the Best House in Hogwarts Legacy?
Although there is no clear “best house” in Hogwarts Legacy, there are some important distinctions that players should be aware of. First and foremost, the witches and wizards that live in each of the four houses will have various relationships with the player depending on which house they join.
The school is divided into houses, and each house has its own common room. There are also a few house-specific side quests, including one that lets Hufflepuffs spend some time in Azkaban. How to Choose a House?
If players haven’t already answered certain questions about their preferences and hopes for the future on the Wizarding World website, the sorting hat will do so now. Both “I can’t wait to start classes” and “I can’t wait to explore” are valid options; nevertheless, neither will have any real impact on the player’s experience.
This is due to the fact that the hat’s recommendation of which house to visit is based on the answer to the second question. Following the first question, the hat will present the players with a list of four traits, each of which corresponds to a different house.
Gryffindor represents bravery, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, and Slytherin, respectively, represent curiosity, loyalty, and ambition. As we’ve already shown, however, the hat’s advice isn’t very binding because players can always go against it.
Players can change their house assignment by pressing Circle (PlayStation) or B (Xbox) if they don’t like the one the sorting hat has assigned them to. If they do this, they’ll be able to select one of the four Hogwarts houses at will, and then they’ll be prompted to confirm their choice by hitting Square (on the PlayStation) or X (on the Xbox). Upon completing the game for the first time, the player will receive the “The Sort Who Makes an Entrance” Trophy/Achievement.
